Back To Writing To-do Lists!

It's day 132 of documenting 2025.

A new week.
Another opportunity.
It all starts on Monday.

I hope your day is going well... depending on the time you're reading this.
Let's conquer the week! 💪
(I actually have to conquer pending laundry first...)

Now, I'm back to task lists...
Or to-do lists as they're popularly called
In my case, it's writing what needs to get done the night before.
I did that yesterday.

Early this year, to-do lists were  productivity boosters for me.
I know what I had to do....so I just get it done and feel the satisfaction that comes from ticking it as complete.

In February, I registered for JAMB.
To-do lists didn't just serve me anymore because I had to study most of the time.

There was no use of writing, "Study Chemistry" or "Use Past Questions".
I already knew I had to study.
Besides, I put marketing and online exploration aside for 10 weeks.
Not anymore!

There's still more study to be done tho...
My school of choice usually has a screening test for those seeking admission.
I don't know what it entails...but I'll do my research on it.
(Yep!... I'm adding that to my list!)

My point of all this is....
To-do lists usually help me when there are multiple tasks to be done in a day.
They also remind me of what I have to do.
I sometimes forget...

That's all about to-do lists.
Let's go into out two sections for today...
First, Highlights where I share quotes from the usual read called 365 Days With Self-discipline.
Next up, Blast From The Past.
I share the earliest posts from this blog and give my comments on them...and recall memories.

365 Days With Self-discipline
📌 On Being Willing To Be Bad

"To get good, it’s helpful to be willing, or even enthusiastic, about being bad."
Quote by Daniel Coyle.

"An expert is a person who has made all of the most common mistakes in their field and learned from them.
They embraced being bad so that they could get good."

Basically, for you to be an expert at anything...you have to be okay with looking stupid at first 😌
You keep learning...and practicing.
Eventually, you master the concept of whatever you're learning and get really good at it.

"If you only set easy challenges for yourself (the ones that will never make you look bad or show you your deficiencies), you’ll hamper your progress or even bring it to a halt."

"Overcome the temptation to lower your bar.
Come up with difficult challenges — the ones that make you doubt you’ll succeed — and get to work.
Get as bad as you can now, so that you can become as good as possible in the future"

The idea is to gain momentum as you keep going.
Eventually, the compound effect will kick in...and you'll be a master in your field.
Pick one thing you want to be an expert in and go all in.

Blast From The Past
📌 Hello January!

Now, this is the first post of documenting 2025.
It's an average length post...with a hopeful tone.
And not as....(What's the word?)
As recent posts are.

Gimme a break!
I was just starting 😄
And I mentioned starting on the book by Tony Robbins....called, "Awaken The Giant Within".
I haven't actually finished the book...just moved to another one.

I'll get back to Tony's book...
Eventually.
You can read the post here.
You can also comment your thoughts down below (with a hidden identity!).

That's all for the two sections...
Anything else I would like to add?
Hmm 🤔
Let me think...
Oh yeah...I remember now!

Turns out, the new updates to ChatGPT are very good ones.
I didn't know it could create infographics and quote posts...
Until yesterday.
I was really amazed.

There were some things it couldn't do....until the update.
Here are some of the things ChatGPT can now do:
* Convert a book summary into an infographic
* Make a PDF concerning the topic you want to know about...so you can download and start using.
* Deep Research
* Extended Thinking
Pretty cool, right? 😎

I created a blueprint early this year to teach newbies how to prompt AI.
Specifically ChatGPT.
Audios, videos and guides are included to teach you how to leverage it to make money, learn new things and increase your productivity.

I don't want to talk too much about it....no persuasive details.
We don't do that here.
You can find it on my Selar store.
I believe that whatever I create can help many people.
I just have to reach them.

One more thing, my WhatsApp channel is now active!
I'll be putting out posts every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
What it's about?
Anything and everything relating to content writing.
Motivation included.
Kindly follow my channel.

This is where today's post ends, my friend.
Thanks for reading.
By spending a bit of your time jere, you're joining me on this journey.
I'm grateful 🥲

If you want to catch up or read the posts from last week, visit Documenting 2025.
There's about a hundred of 'em....just pick the one with an image that catches your eye and start reading. I'll see you there!

I'm Duon Ada.
I'm documenting 2025.
And I'll see you tomorrow.
Ciao 💕
